When we bought our Newtown home in 2010, Duncan was the selling agent. As buyers, Duncan was proactive in bringing us in and getting us to the auction. He kept in touch and provided accurate answers to our many questions. Of course, on auction day, as agent for the vendors, he extracted every dollar he could from us. I forgive him for that (just!).
By 2015, our family had outgrown our home and it was time for us to sell. We knew immediately that Duncan was the agent that we wanted to work with. He came to meet with us to plan a sale campaign together. At all times, he provided a great service with excellent communication. We were kept informed of customer sentiment during the open house inspections, and expectations for the sale price were refined accordingly. In the end, Duncan was sold our home prior to going to auction, for a price that represented the very top of our expectations. It was a great sale result and left us in a strong position for our subsequent new family home purchase.
After paying a high purchase price through Duncan in 2010, we were very pleased that he was able to provide a counterbalance with a high sale price six years later! Of course, we have no hesitation in recommending Duncan to any of our friends wanting to sell a property.
